"ZERO STARS!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND, WASTE OF YOUR TIME AND MONEY, STEER AWAY FROM STATE FARM PEOPLE. I honestly don’t understand how every Statefarm office has five stars when these people do absolutely nothing for anyone. Clearly, these are fake or manipulated reviews! Here’s a real honest review for all interested… Hi, I’m a current Statefarm customer. I’ve had Statefarm for a little while now and just decided to add the homeowners and property insurance only to find out that their underwriters determined that they will not cover me if due to my porch roofs having granule loss on the shingles “last thing we will be replacing”. We had just installed a new standing seam roof on the main. We have some house wrap waiting to install expensive James Hardie siding & not cheap vinyl siding, that was also an issue. Another reason was due to vehicles parked in my driveway and my boat in the yard. Like who comes up with these excuses. Makes you wonder Who is so-called underwriters even are. Craziest part is this house has been completely remodeled inside and now we are working on the outside. They insured us for a month for approximately $200, then they send a surveyor who can’t even do her job correctly. Only to determine that they cannot insure us due to what exactly? This company is such a joke. Now, I wouldn’t even want them ensuring us. Ooh, do I have news for them! We will be canceling all of our policies and going elsewhere. Where we will be appreciated as the good customers that we are. Hope this helps some of you avoid the nonsense and gets an update Statefarm to focus on providing better services to their active clients who are trying to make ends meet."
